Kick Set

With feet together, step out to your left and cover your weapon, then step back with your right leg into a left fighting stance:

  1. Step through rear front kick
  2. Rear crossover side kick
  3. Shuffle lead roundhouse kick
  4. Spinning back kick (planting into a left fighting stance)
  5. Cover to face 6 o’ clock
  6. Step through rear front kick
  7. Rear crossover side kick
  8. Shuffle lead roundhouse kick
  9. Spinning back kick (planting into a right fighting stance)
  10. Move your right leg around anti-clockwise to face 12 o’ clock in a horse stance covering your weapon

Close and bow.
